    It is important to realize that being good at a sport requires a lot of hard work and training, not all of it on the field. For football training aids, we use the 8 board to improve core strength. This helps tremendously on the field, and I'm glad I found it at PassBack Sports.

    Training for sports is more than just about practicing the sport itself.     I didn't think my hips and core were important enough for specific basketball training equipment, but they really are. I feel much more balanced, graceful, and centered than I did before I started using the 8 Board. All those things help with my dribbling, shooting, and passing; it's easier to be accurate if I'm not off-balance. This is a really simple, easy to use exercising tool that works out muscles I wouldn't normally touch.
